Air conditioning installation in Midland

Mouritz employs a range of highly-skilled local HVAC technicians so we are able to take care of all air conditioner installation needs in Midland. With years of experience, our carefully selected team knows the safest and most effective ways to incorporate air conditioning units into your home or business, whatever the system.

We offer installation for ducted air conditioning in Midland, as well as split systems or evaporative systems. Our method of installation will be tailored to the individual system. The system you choose will also dictate how long the installation takes, but we can guide you as to what type of system will best suit your home or office. No matter the type of air conditioning system, Mouritz can meet your needs.

Evaporative air conditioning

We install evaporative air conditioning in a similar way to ducted but, depending on your home, we can either install the evaporative cooler into a wall or your roof. Again, we will cut a hole in either the roof or wall to accommodate and mount the unit. We then use ducts to make sure the air conditioner distributes cool air throughout the whole house. A qualified electrician will connect the unit to the electrical supply and our HVAC technician will test it thoroughly to make sure it’s working properly, as well as explaining exactly how to use it. This type of precision and attention on the job from start to finish is what makes Mouritz a market leader in evaporative air conditioning installation in Midland.

Split system air conditioning

Split system air conditioners are a popular choice of air con system because of the efficiency and ease of their installation. They don’t need to be incorporated into the structure of your home; our technicians mount them on the wall instead. There will be some drilling involved in order to connect to pipes and wiring but generally speaking split systems are quicker, easier and more cost-effective to install than other systems.
