It depends on the type of system. As a guide, a standard yearly service is $225 for a wall mounted split system, $260 for a single storey ducted evaporative unit, $305 for ducted reverse cycle, and $260 for ducted or inbuilt gas heating. All prices include GST and cover one unit. If you have more than one system at the property, extra units are charged from $125 each. We confirm the exact price when you book.

Our technician cleans and checks the return air filter, tests the compressor and motor currents, checks the refrigerant levels, cleans the indoor coil and clears the condensate drain, checks all electrical connections and controls, tests the unit for noise and vibration, and cleans the outdoor unit. You get a written report on the unit's condition and any repairs we recommend.
Booking times vary by system and season. Evaporative, split and ducted reverse cycle services are usually 5 to 7 days, and gas heating around 7 to 10 days, or longer through winter when demand is highest. If it is urgent, call us and we will do our best to fit you in sooner. Click here to view current wait times and book a service.
If the unit has a fault it is a diagnosis call-out rather than a fixed price service. The call-out is $200 for a split system, $200 for evaporative and gas systems, or $225 for ducted reverse cycle, and includes the first 15 minutes on site. Time after that is $60 per 15 minutes or part thereof. If a repair is needed we quote it separately and only go ahead once you approve it.
We service all major brands of split, ducted reverse cycle, evaporative and gas systems. There are a small number of older heater brands we cannot work on, so it helps to tell us the make and model when you book and we will confirm.
Yes. We provide a 3-month labour warranty on service repairs, a 3-month warranty on replacement electrical parts, and a 12-month warranty on water part replacements. Filter pads are not covered. Warranty covers defective parts, not damage from other causes.
