How to claim
- Buy by 11 December 2026. Order your eligible split system from Mouritz on or before that day.
- Claim online by 11 January 2027. Go to generalairstage.com.au/promotions and enter the outdoor unit’s model and serial numbers and the indoor unit’s model number.
- Upload your proof of purchase and payment. Your Mouritz tax invoice and your payment receipt. We’ll give you General’s claim flyer with your invoice.
- Receive your Mastercard. General checks claims within four weeks and sends the digital prepaid Mastercard by SMS within five business days of approval. Activate it within three months.
The cashback comes from General, not Mouritz, and you claim it directly from General. The prices on our website are before the cashback.
