Commercial air conditioning installation from Mouritz
Mouritz – looking after Perth businesses since 1977
Commercial air conditioning systems need to manage a significantly heavier workload than domestic units and are also more complex when it comes to installation.
With experience since 1977 designing and installing air conditioning systems for commercial applications including offices, factories, schools, hospitality and retail spaces no one has more experience than Mouritz.
Choosing the right air conditioning system is the first step toward ensuring year-round comfort in your commercial space. To guarantee optimum performance and a long lifespan for your system, professional installation is essential. Substandard installation by unskilled technicians can lead to poor performance, higher electricity bills, and expensive repairs over time.
At Mouritz, our certified installation team possess the skills and experience necessary to handle all commercial air conditioning requirements. We ensure that every installation meets Australian Safety Standards, delivering a safe environment and efficient climate control for your workspace.
Mouritz has you covered
Hot summer days…. No sweat!
Mouritz understands that it’s never a one size fits all solution. Our experienced design team carefully assess each location and the specific requirements of each installation. For a system that will deliver efficient and cost-effective cooling during summer a commercial evaporative system would be the ideal solution.
Evaporative air conditioning systems have many advantages including significantly lower energy consumption compared to reverse cycle systems saving money on power bills. Generally, they are also less expensive to maintain over time.
However, as windows and doors need to remain open for the unit to function effectively, they are not suited to all installations.
In addition to installation, Mouritz provides professional ongoing service and maintenance. The experienced service technicians from Mouritz provide prompt response to resolve any issues that might arise. The Mouritz warehouse also carries one of Perth’s largest inventories of spare parts ensuring you’ll be back up and running in no time.
