Mouritz - keeping teachers and students happy
For decades, Mouritz has designed and installed air conditioning systems for schools, colleges and educational institutions, making us the supplier of choice. We were also a preferred supplier during the ‘Building Education Revolution’.
Maintaining comfort is an important consideration for both teachers and students. Our tailored evaporative air conditioning systems are particularly popular with schools as they provide a way to keep teachers and students cool during Perth’s hot summers.
However, at Mouritz we understand that every installation has very different needs. Our experienced air conditioning consultants consider the location, building design, and operating requirements to design a system that perfectly meets your needs.
We are also aware that the operational costs of your air conditioning will be a big consideration when purchasing a new unit or upgrading your existing system. Mouritz will help you select a solution ideally suited to your requirements that will operate at optimal efficiency to keep your energy bills to a minimum.

Depending on your requirements several air conditioning options could be considered. A tailored evaporative air conditioning system is a very popular choice for schools however, the experienced Mouritz consultants will determine the system type that best meets your needs.
As reverse cycle split system offers both heating and cooling and is ideally suited for some schools. These multi-head systems offer flexibility in terms of installation and are a great option where roof space is restricted limiting options for a fully ducted system.
A ducted reverse cycle system delivers year-round comfort providing both heating and cooling from the one system. As the ducting is installed in the roof space most of the internal components are hidden from view making this a discreet and aesthetically pleasing solution. The main unit is located outside the building. Another advantage is the ability to establish ‘zones’ to control the temperature in designated areas independently.
While this is a ‘cooling only’ option, an evaporative air conditioning solution from Mouritz is an ideal choice if you’re looking or a highly energy-efficient and cost-effective way to keep your establishment cool, especially during summer. An evaporative air conditioner uses far less energy than many alternatives so is a good way to keep energy costs in check. However, an important consideration is that for the system to operate effectively open doors or windows are needed when in use. This ensures that there is adequate air circulation. They are also not suitable for very humid environments.
If you have a problem with your air conditioning system don’t worry. Whether you need an urgent repair or routine maintenance, as the leading air conditioning service and repair company in Perth, Mouritz is here to help.
The experienced service technicians from Mouritz provide prompt response to resolve any issues that might arise. The Mouritz warehouse also carries one of Perth’s largest inventories of spare parts ensuring you’ll be back up and running in no time.
