We clean the indoor filter, clear and prove the condensate drain, and check the fan, bearings and electrical connections. We check the refrigerant pressures and look for leaks, clean the outdoor condenser and compressor, check the motor currents, test the unit for temperature and noise, and adjust the controls. You get a report on the unit's condition and any repairs we recommend.

Split system services are usually booked within 5 to 7 days. It is busier heading into summer, so booking ahead helps.
A fault is handled as a diagnosis call-out rather than a fixed price service. The call-out is $200 and includes the first 15 minutes on site, then $60 per 15 minutes (or part thereof) after that. If a repair is needed we quote it separately and only proceed once you approve.
Yes. Service repairs carry a 3-month labour warranty and replacement electrical parts a 3-month warranty. Warranty applies to defective parts, not damage from other causes.
