What was supposed to have been a one day install on Monday for Alex and his team, stretched out to almost the whole week. They clearly encountered a few unanticipated issues during the installation, but in that whole process I found them to be faultlessly professional in the work they did and the politest and friendliest group of young tradesmen I’ve had the pleasure to deal with.

Jason was awesome and nothing was too hard, including a site visit to check everything was correct before the installers arrived. The Installation team and Electrician were fantastic!! The team cleaned up after themselves and the electrician even tidied up an electrical circuit that my builder had left in a mess. I needed to add 2 extra vents from the existing air con system and Mouritz was quick to come out and quote, gave excellent advice and a fair price. Guys that installed the extra vents, were on time, very experienced and did a great job. Very happy with the service and would highly recommend them.
