Terms & Conditions

1. Participants must enter by completing the Mouritz customer feedback survey via the provided link.
2. By submitting their entry, participants permit to receiving further communication from Mouritz.
3. The period for eligible participation is from the time the “invitation” was sent, to 5pm Friday 18^th April 2025, (“Promotion Period”).
4. Only one (1) entry is permitted per person, per email invitation, or household.
5. A $100 Service Voucher is to be provided to the applicant of the first 50 completed customer surveys.
6. To qualify for the $100 service voucher, participants need satisfy the below during the Promotional Period:

6. 1. A past client who had a home Air Conditioning, or a Solar Power Solution installed by Mouritz. 
   2. Having received the email invitation to participate in the Mouritz customer feedback survey.

7. To complete the customer survey;

7. 1. Click on the link within the customer survey email and follow the prompts to the online survey; and then
   2. Complete the survey in full and submit.

8. Incomplete or indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid.
9. The Service Voucher will be issued as an e-voucher via email, within a reasonable time after the end of the promotional period.
10. The This service will be carried only by Mouritz staff or their appointed representatives.
11. To redeem the $100 service voucher, the recipient must request and book a service with Mouritz Service department. Details on how, are provided on the service voucher.
12. Only valid with a system service carried out by Mouritz staff or their appointed representatives.
13. The $100 service discount will be applied as a credit against the total service invoice price.
14. The difference between the invoice price and the credit, is payable by the customer, in accordance with the payment terms.
15. The service voucher is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
16. The Service Voucher is valid for a period of two (2) years from date of issue.
17. Service charges are subject to change and will be per the current rates, at the time of the service being completed.
18. As of April 2025, current charges for a standard home Air Conditioning service are;

18. 1. Ducted Evaporative $190*
    2. Ducted Reverse Cycle $280*
    3. Split Room Air Conditioner $190*.

*Services charges are for Perth metro standard single level home, inclusive of GST. Additional cost will apply for any repairs, replacement parts, additional machines, or services above “standard”. For full-service charges, terms and conditions available in-store.

19. Participation in the Customer Survey implies acceptance these terms and conditions.
